Payment must be made in full on day of completion or within 7 days of invoice date, if not a late payment charge of £20 will be added weekly to any outstanding balances at the discretion of AAC.

All materials remain the property of AAC until paid for in full.

Payments must be made to AAC Maintenance Ltd.

We reserve the right of refusal to continue works not paid for.

A deposit / pre-payment may be required on large jobs before works commence.

Unless otherwise stated prices quoted are for labour only and do not include VAT.

All our work is gauranteed.

Further terms and conditions may be added at our discretion.

AAC Maintenance Ltd cannot be held responsible for differences that occur when supplying goods new for old, colour, size etc or any other works associated with this etc like for like or installing goods supplied by the customer. Our labour is guaranteed, this does not override any other guarantees from manufacturers etc that may be applicable with good supplied
